In terms of core technology and raw materials, the company adopts core cylinder raw materials, core piston raw materials and core piston process and testing. Meanwhile, the company follows the 7S production management standard system, focusing on the management of people, process and equipment. In terms of personnel, each employee is responsible for one process and self-inspection and self-examination. In terms of process, we strictly implement the standard process and operating instructions. In terms of equipment, the high-end equipment is regularly maintained and tested, and direct reading spectrometer, flaw detection equipment, third-party testing and other testing facilities are used for quality assurance.
